Frequently asked questions
Is a reservation confirmed when I send a message?
No. A reservation is confirmed only after The Vault Room replies in writing with the item, price, condition and pickup arrangement.
Can someone else collect for me?
Ask us before the show. We will record the agreed collector name and handover reference when the reservation is confirmed.
Will you buy every card I bring?
No. All cards are inspected at the table and any cash or trade offer depends on authenticity, condition, current demand and available buying budget.
Does pre-grading guarantee a PSA, BGS or CGC grade?
No. The service is an independent opinion. Only the grading company assigns the final grade.
Where do I get admission or tournament information?
Admission, tournament and organiser updates are managed by Reload Trade & Play. Check the organiser's official channels before travelling.
